What we're about

We organize hikes in various areas of Switzerland which are composed of several periods of slow and silent mindful walks, with a Hatha Yoga and a seated Mindfulness practice when the conditions allow.

Our hikes aren't about performance but about experience. They are an invitation to explore the innate bond we have with the natural world, to discover the infinite happiness and freedom that lies in the simple experience of being alive, and to discover the fulfilling enjoyment, calm, vitality and companionship to be found in nature.

Noé is a certified and volunteering Hiking Guide (Moniteur Sport des adultes Suisse - esa) and an experienced Mindfulness practitioner. He studied with IEB (Institut d'Etudes Bouddhiques - Paris) and been practicing and guiding various meditation techniques since the early 90’s in clinical and secular settings.

Ana is a certified and professional Yoga (RYT 500 Yoga Alliance) & Meditation teacher, Clinical Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist. ​She runs Sattva Institute, which is a place of community where teachers can contribute with their best skills and expertise.

We are a donation-based operation and give one third to Suisse Rando and Pro Natura. The remaining funds the guided Yoga and Meditation practices.
