Please note: Mindful Ways to Wellness is being temporarily run by Jodi Jantomaso (aka, Jodi J) and
is taking steps to combine this group with Healthy Happy Hour (H3). Both groups focus is on over all wellness (including mental, physical, emotional, environmental, personal, mindful, etc..)
The purpose of combining both groups is to bring all individuals together in healthy settings with healthy activities and happy people!
So as we're transitioning & trying to combine both groups, hang in there..don't leave yet! We have lots of fun activities coming up that you won't want to miss, including some self care fun including creativity through art, herb planting classes, giving back to community endeavors, night time kayak adventures and more.
