This half-day mindfulness workshop will give an insight into what mindfulness is and how it can be of benefit to you. If you are new to mindfulness or have previously attended one of our courses, you may find this workshop useful, either to learn new techniques to help you to remain focused and calm in your life, or to touch base with your practice in a calm, supportive environment.
