Before this all kicked off I’d gotten into the most wonderful morning routine of waking up and rolling straight onto my meditation cushion and sitting for 20 minutes, creating for myself the mental space needed to tackle the day before habitual patterns had set in. Asides from adding an additional wee jog on to the end of my meditation this routine didn’t change when lockdown set in, had it not been for this mindful endeavour I’m not too sure if I’d have handle these past weeks (or years, time seems to have lost its value) so well.

These Times are unprecedented and I want to share this fantastic and simple tool with as many people as possible to better equip them to handle this ongoing heartbreak. I got the meditation teacher qualification so I could help people through this and I am offering free 10 minute guided meditations via video messenger for anyone who is interested. I will set up groups with a 5 person limit but I am also offering 1 to 1 sessions so please feel free to message if you would like this.

This is a free service i am doing out of compassion in an effort to help people through this uncertain time.
