What we're about

Mindfully Active has grown extremely fast and was part of the Mental Health & Exercise Meet Up group. It has now grown organically into a weekly group whereby individuals can attend for FREE and achieve the combined benefits of both exercise & mindfulness.

The modern world can be a challenging place to find a balance between our work and our hobbies. The majority of the time, one of those things gets disrupted and therefore we are constantly chasing our tails trying to balance them.

If you are interested in exercising with like-minded individuals and learning the skills of mindfulness and meditation, then this group is for you!
