Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years with records sharing the stories of its benefits. We know that today science backs this up by proving the positive effects meditation has on a person. We are all at different stages of learning the art of meditation. Perhaps their is no end in what can be gained or experienced through meditation, but we can learn from the wisdom of others that can only be experienced on an individual basis and practiced.
