Mindfulness-Based Black Therapy (MBBT) is a stress reduction workshop introducing mindfulness and working with affirmations.
MBBT is based on Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) within a black and ethnic context. Our aim is to cultivate physical and mental wellbeing through awareness of body and mind. Our sessions are open to anyone from a BME background who wants to learn about resilience, keeping focussed and increasing concentration.
