Weather is looking good this Sunday so let's welcome autumn with one more mindfulness practice outdoors! Practice is donation based = contribute some amount if you liked it, or don't if you're low on budget.
Practising mindfulness and being in nature are the two things that have enormous benefits for our health and wellbeing. We are combining the two and meeting at Amsterdamse Bos to practise mindfulness in nature.
Practice is suitable for complete beginners as all exercises are guided by the trainer. It is also a great opportunity to refresh the practice for those who already have some experience. Everyone is welcome to join! We will explore classic meditations such as seated meditation with support of sound or breath, mindful movement and the body scan.
Please bring your yoga mat if you have one. We will also have a few available. Dress according to the weather, prepare both for sitting still and gentle movement intervals.
