Creating a space to take a break from the busy and hectic pace of our daily lives. 

We will be using the practices taught in "Mindfulness an eight-week plan for finding peace in a frantic world" by Mark Williams and Danny Penman as a guide.  You are welcome to pick up a copy and get started or just join for the chat and meditation*.

Think of this meet up as mindfulness practice meets book club! We'll be as chill as a cucumber after the 8 weeks.

We are in the process of gathering enough members to get this group going.  So sign up to stay posted!  Once we have a few more peeps (say..10?) we'll get a sense of time that would be good for everyone to meet, discuss some of the ideas and practices in the book, and meditate for 20-30mins.

*I am not affiliated with the authors or the publishers.  I've just found this book useful, offer good practice guides, and the science behind the benefits from regular practice.  The book will be used as a base for the meet up chats.
