Please join my wife and I on Tuesday evenings as we will engage in cultivating the art of mindfulness. There will be a guided mindfulness meditation, followed by a brief group discussion. In this group we will be exploring a wide range of mindfulness meditation techniques for stress reduction, addiction/depression/anxiety management, greater well-being and becoming more present in our lives.
Evidence based clinical psychology research shows that mindfulness practice is the most effective psychological modality for creating and sustaining mental health. The weekly guided mindfulness meditation and discussion is designed to help you to establish your own mindfulness practice and as a result change your life for the better. All are welcome! Please RSVP if you are able to attend. The fee is $10.00 per person. Chairs will be provided but please bring your own meditation cushion if you prefer sitting on the floor. Hope to see you there!
