Mindfulness Ashtanga Yoga at The Yoga Unit in Claremont

Would you like to combine your mindfulness practice with movement? Tracie Sokoloff will be teaching the practice of mindfulness through the power of ashtanga yoga. This yoga class will focus on staying with the breath as we move through a sequance of asana postures that bring strength to the muscles and establish a powerful mind-body connection. This class will take place every Thursday morning from 8:30am- 9:45. It will be facilitated by Tracie Sokoloff who is a certified yoga instructor. Tracie received her yoga training at one of the oldest and highly respected schools of yoga in southern California, Yoga House, Pasadena. Walk in classes are $14 but class packages are available at a reduced rate.
