Would you like to learn to be mindful? Frustrated with previous attempts at meditation, or interested in learning the neuroscience behind how mindfulness works? I'd love to have you join our group : Foundations of Mindfulness!
What? 90 minute classroom style group starting January 8, 2020 and professionally led by mental health therapist Mimi Cogswell, LPC, PC. Group meets 6:30pm Wednesdays. Foundations of Mindfulness 6 week class is required to continue with weekly drop in classes that begin the week afterwards. Safe location with lots of parking right here in Oregon City.
