4 Week Introduction to Mindfulness course 9th of April.
Course dates are: 25/6, 2/7, 9/7 and 16/7
This four week course introduces the concepts of the full Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn.
It is delivered over four weeks in weekly 50 minute sessions. Each session consists of theory and meditation practice, allowing the participant to be introduced to mindfulness meditation practice in a structured and understandable format.
The program is delivered in an informal, relaxed and friendly atmosphere suited to beginners and people new to group meditation and who wants to learn the basic techniques of mindfulness meditation practice to reduce their stress levels.
