What we're about
This is a group for like-minded people to get together and practice mindfulness and meditation.

If you’d like to attend an event, please RSVP and msg any questions you have.
Please note: people signing up for events then not showing up is becoming an issue. When possible, cancel your place within 48 hours if you’re no longer able to attend. This will allow others to come along, as events are often fully booked. ***booking a place then not showing up is not acceptable***
