Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. We all have the capacity to be fully present, feeling alive and passionate, enjoying lasting inner peace. Our minds and thoughts get in the way of our wholeness and sense of well-being.
By practicing mindfulness mediation we can learn to pause and create space from what is happening around us, so we can live healthier, happier and more creative lives.
