Each class will consist of a short Mindfulness exercise, followed with a Mindfulness Meditation and each week there is a weekly handout covering different subjects related to a Mindfulness practice.
What to bring:
Make sure you wear loose comfortable clothing and if you wish you can bring a pen and pad of paper or Mindfulness Journel.
