What we're about

We practice mindfulness and meditation in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh and Plum Village. Our regular sessions, on Thursday mornings in Opawa, include sitting meditation, walking meditation, a sharing circle, Buddhist reading and sometimes singing or chanting.
