Life is MUCH easier - and more enjoyable - when you can bring Presence to any situation…no matter how difficult it is. Be more present with inner fullness of Being…despite your outer circumstances.

Presence is the ‘Being’ part of human being. And yet…we forget about this central Inner realm due to our human dramas, history and habits, conditioning and reinforced repetitive negative thinking and busy lifestyle.

Well…what happens…we you begin to recover Being? To recover what is already yours and who You are?

Join us in a small group setting (limited spots) where we will explore, discuss and practice ways to develop Awareness of Being. This includes mindfulness meditation, breathing, focus, cultivating Inner stillness, prayer, affirmation, exploration & discussion and more.

We will practice Presence in a down to earth way… not too ‘out there-new age’… not too religious… not too technical or mystical. No judgement.

Session Structure
Each 90 minute workshop will start off with a:
• Grounding meditation (10 min)
• Discussion of a key mindfulness principle
• 15-25 meditation- guided from me or using prerecorded
• Short discussion about the meditation(thoughts or specific challenges)
• Theme of the day to explored though the lens of Wholeness
• Handout/Review of practice exercises and exit affirmation (10 min)

Some handouts given- but bring a pencil or pen!
Chairs, comfortable cushions and mats available. Wear loose clothing.
$10 suggested per session-attend any or all

Learn, share and practice the tool, the skill, the way of being…and even the lifestyle… called “Mindfulness.” Practice it to navigate the ups and downs, challenges and doldrums of life…and to bring Fullness of Being to any moment.
