What we're about

This is a group for anyone interested in learning how mindfulness practices can help them both take care of themselves and be better caregivers for the people they love and care about. We will engage in meditation, mindful movement (qigong), and other mindfulness practices to help reduce stress.

For the time being, all events will be held online.
