What we're about

Brand new workshop mindfulness sessions running within the gorgeous Wallasey Village Library.

Anyone and everyone please drop-in if you feel, or have, indeed felt, anxious, isolated, worried, stressed, afraid, lonely, angry, heartbroken and in pain. If you cannot sleep, if your life is not going anywhere, if you grind your teeth, have random skin complaints, headaches, nightmares and relationship difficulties - this group is for you!

We are a jolly, and like-minded group who is learning to laugh in the face of life's difficulties, making friends, and finding out together that we can let go of the negative and embrace all the good things on offer. Please come and share your experiences with us, because you are unique and important!

I am a mindfulness practitioner, mentor, teacher, counsellor, NLP trainer, life coach and hypno-psychotherapist in practice since 2001. Handouts provided.
