Mindfulness: Less Stress - More Life. An 8-week (afternoon) course

Mindfulness practice transforms our relationship with the ups and downs of our outer and inner life. It is gentle and safe, and yet it offers an effective way of transforming our relationship with unhelpful and painful thoughts and emotions so as to achieve calmer, more focused states of mind. It's a proven way of working with stress, depression and a host of challenging conditions. It's also finding favour in the workplace as an effective way of enhancing creativity, harmonious teamwork, resilience under stress and effective leadership.

In this course  - the classic 8-week course based on the methodology developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and colleagues in the UK - you'll learn a range of mindfulness practises and join with others in exploring the clarity, spaciousness and insight that mindfulness practice will bring into your life. There will be plenty of time for discussion and sharing.

The price is £200.00, but there is a concessionary price of £150 for students, unemployed. If you don't fall into one of those categories but find yourself struggling then do get in touch with us. I'm sure we can work something out. The course fee includes CDs, a workbook and a practice day to consolidate what you've learned (to be taken at a time that suits you)

Refunds offered if:

  • the Meetup is cancelled
  • the Meetup is rescheduled

Payments you make go to the organizer, not to Meetup. You must make refund requests to the organizer.
