Mindfulness Meditation

Format: 

-5 minute introduction

-20 minute sitting meditation 

-10 minute walking meditation 

-20 minute sitting meditation 



We take our shoes off in the building, so please feel free to bring slippers. If you have a preferred meditation cushion, you can also bring that, but we do have chairs and a few spare cushions.

      I am very interested! I have surgery coming up so I will be down until the 1/8 meditation. I think I'm going to wait till then to even attempt to get there. I have several things to get done before surgery. Thanks!!
