Slowing down and pressing the pause button can allow us to enjoy the present moment and to see life as a gift. If you would like to learn more about mindfulness and how to incorporate it more into your daily life, join others who would like to do the same thing! We will do some mindful walking, stretching, and breathing as well as practice mindfulness techniques such as noticing sound. The Meetup will be about 45 minutes, but people are welcome to stay at the park and keep walking :)
