Come join a group of fellow mindfulness practitioners (or aspiring meditators) to meditate together and explore the impact of mindfulness on the nitty gritty of our everyday lives. A detailed description can be found on the the message board under: "WHAT Slime and Muck? Why not Mindfulness to get out of the Slime and Muck?"

We will sit (including instruction for those new to mindfulness) and then springing from readings chosen by participants, we will discuss how mindfulness is helping us be more present in all that life sends our way. We will be beginning with the works of Pema Chodron and Brenee Brown.

There is no charge your first time; after that it is $3/gathering, or $10 every six months. We ask that participants rotate bringing snacks to share.
