Mindfulness Meditation Sit

Please join us for this meditation sit in community. The power of group mind in meditation is a wondrous thing to experience! It will be great to finally gather and do practice together.


Each of us can use the molded plastic chairs OR sit pillows/benches on the floor. I found the chairs hard and folded up my coat to sit on for softness, but Bea said this did not bother her at all. You may want to bring a bath towel or chair cushion to sit on.

We can get into the room at 6:45 to set up and gather, sit from 7-8 and re-set up the room and socialize afterwards. I believe it's good to be on time, but better late than never is also true!  : )

Finally! We can start building this meditation sit into our lives and harvest the blessings and benefits from it.

PS There is no rent charge for the space, so these sits will be free.

The library is behind the fire house. It is a one-story, plain, tan building, with parking in front between it and the back of the fire house.

    Monthly Mindfulness sittings now have been arranged with Glassboro Public Library! First Wednesday of the month. We have the space from 6:45-8:15, sit from 7-8pm.
