Mindfulness Meditation in this circle of group presence will take you further and deeper and more peacefully into your meditation experience. Please join us to strengthen your meditation skills and learn how to rest your mind.

Instructions and how-to handouts are provided. You may want to dress in layers to adjust to room temperature. RSVP is helpful for setting up, but not required. Donations to cover the MeetUp cost and copying handouts is encouraged and much appreciated!
