Mindfulness Meditation class open to newcomers and all levels of experience with meditation. After a brief teaching we meditate together and then have some conversation about our experiences.
How-to handouts are provided. Mats are not necessary. We sit in chairs and you may want to bring a seat cushion!
Christine has been teaching Mindfulness Meditation for 12 years and meditating for her own wellness for many more years.
