Mindfulness Meditation--yes, even the night before the July 4th holiday! Take a mental vacation with us to sink more deeply into the relaxed, enjoy yourself mood of this summer holiday.
We'll be practicing peace of mind, getting better at settling down inside, growing more space of awareness and improving our mental state!
We sit in chairs (no mats). You may want to bring a seat cushion or an extra clothing layer. RSVP is helpful but not required. How-to handouts are provided. Donations are invited and much appreciated!
