What we're about

These Walk & Talk sessions are a great way to reconnect your mind, body and soul to experience the therapeutic effect of reflecting on Life whilst being out on a walk, surrounded by Nature.

This is a brand new group and we are looking for members to join us to share our passion of deep thinking, walking and talking, and of course listening. :-)

These events are FREE and all ages and fitness levels are welcome. The walk will be easy to moderate pace and around 90 minutes long.

Based on the mindfulness principles the slower paced walk will help you to be in the present moment and as a result you'll become more grounded.

The walks will be mainly in North London such as: Highgate Wood, Queens Wood, Alexandra Palace, Parkland Walk or Waterlow Park, but of course suggestions are welcome.
