The Walk & Talk sessions are a great way to reconnect your mind, body and soul to experience the therapeutic effect of reflecting on Life whilst being out on a walk, surrounded by Nature.
This group offers a mixture of 1-1 Walk & Talk sessions and small group sessions lead by a professional Coach and Healer.
The events are taking place in North London and all ages and fitness levels are welcome. The walk will be easy to moderate pace, around 45 minutes long for a 1-1 session, and in a group setting up to 90 minutes long.
Based on the mindfulness principles the slower paced walk will help you to be in the present moment and as a result you'll become more grounded.
The walks are currently offered in Highgate Wood, Queens Wood, Alexandra Palace or the Parkland Walk.
