Minimalist Cooking is about making it deliciously easy to eat fresh, unprocessed, organic foods.

Cooking or learning how to cook doesn't have to be complicated or expensive. Let's join together and learn how to easily source fresh ingredients, super simple cooking, making a plate look great with almost zero effort, and, of course, enjoy the delicious dishes that we've made!

There are no previous cooking skills or food knowledge required. Navigating our industrialized food system can be overwhelming, so let's make it simple!

The goal is to give everyone the tools and skills for feeding themselves delicious, healthy meals on a daily basis, no matter the time or budget constraints.

Two six-week online Minimalist Cooking class series will be held each year for members to participate and learn.

Needs a location

In this class series you'll learn everything you need for setting yourself up and sustaining yourself with fresh, unprocessed foods on a daily basis - with minimal time and effort. This is a self-directed class series for a small fee.

After two successful Minimalist Cooking online Zoom class series here in the group I have compiled the lessons and materials into an online course.

This moment of making the course available to you is one of great relief for me. Up to this point I was always the bottleneck for this incredibly important knowledge (which you really won't find anywhere else in this form). Anyone wanting to learn had to wait for the next classes to start. I used to not have a proper answer for members emailing me between class series how they could start learning.

Now, anyone eager to learn can access the classes and materials and get started right away - anywhere, anytime. The class series was conceived, designed, and planned, materials written and emailed out, ingredients sourced, payments handled, questions answered, and last not least the class series conducted and recorded, which would not have been possible without the support, enthusiasm and engagement of dozens and dozens of members here from this group.

Now you can access the results of all the activity that went into the classes at your convenience - all that's left for you to do is sign up and start learning.

I scheduled the five classes of this class series so that they lead up to a live online event with me on July 2. If you take the classes at the scheduled times, you will comfortably finish the course in time for the live event. (You are, however, of course entirely free to go through the classes at your convenience and on your own time. As soon as you sign up, all classes are available to you immediately.)

This class series is for you if you'd like to be able to easily feed yourself from fresh ingredients on a daily basis. (Honestly, this is a crucial basic life skill and everyone should have this knowledge.)

There are millions of people in the US alone suffering from processed-food-related diseases. So let's eat unprocessed foods! In order to do that, we need to be able to process our own food - which means: cook. In this class series you learn how to do this on a daily basis in the easiest possible way.

You DO NOT need to go to culinary school for years or have TV-chef-like chopping skills in order to feed yourself - it is, in fact, astonishingly simple. Join the class series and see for yourself!
