This is a 5 week series of classes to educate and support you through a sugar and processed food detox. We will meet weekly to learn to get in touch with our digestive health, while covering topics like preparation for the cleanse, digestion, healthy fats, blood sugar, and reintroduction of foods once the detox is through. Prepare to be amazed for some big health changes in 5 weeks of focusing on you. This is for anyone, even those who believe that they already eat very healthy. It's about breaking the cycle of relying on carbohydrates for energy, and the cravings that go along with it in a supportive group setting.
