You've probably heard of Fur Free Friday, the day we protest on the largest shopping day of the year. Rather than only protesting fur once per year, we are now stepping things up a notch and will be protesting outside of Ribnicks Fur & Leather (224 N 1st Street Minneapolis) on a regular basis, and we have brand new posters that will be sure to grab people's attention! If you agree that it is not acceptable to commit acts of violence in the name of vanity, our upcoming protest on Saturday, April 5 is for you! Join us for a protest from 1-2 p.m.and let's show Ribnick's that fur is outdated and cruel!
Many people do not realize the realities of the fur industry, so we take this opportunity to educate the public while expressing our displeasure of Ribnick's business. We need as many people there as possible so we can show Minneapolis that fur is dead! We will have signs and literature available, but feel free to make a personalized sign if you'd like.
If you would like to volunteer to take photos at the protest, please let us know.
