The meeting will be focused on:
-Committee Reports: review of[masked] activities/progress, committee specific goals for 2014, needs for more volunteers, etc. -Review past MNA activity from[masked] in general, and whether we have met goals set last year.
-Brainstorming session of what we should aim to do as an organization in 2014, how ideas can be carried out, and who's going to do it.
--
Specific items of discussion will include:
*Do we host another conference in 2014? (we had one in 2012 & 2013, both in association with an Aints game)
*Building Committee - Do we rent, buy, or want a building at all?
*How to facilitate placement of eager volunteers? (better organization of committees?)
*We need someone to lead the Program Committee.
*The Cable TV Committee is seeking more ideas for programs.
