A former member
Announcing a new Meetup for Minnesota Atheists Meetup Group!

What: How to Debate - April 18 - 1 to 4 p.m. - Nokomis Library

When: April 18, 2009 1:00 PM

Where: Click the link below to find out!

Meetup Description: Join us for the third class on debate. This is a continuation of the previous classes, but no experience in debate is required. The class will focus on debate with regards to debating from an atheist perspective, but skills gained in the class are useful for different types of debate, both formal, and informal debates among friends or enemies. This month, we hope to dive into actual debates.

Grant Steves will be leading the presentation. Steves has experience teaching debate in a high school setting, so you know no advanced degrees are required. This class is for everyone.

I hope to see you there!
