This is a group for anyone interested in fitness, wellbeing and having fun! Nia Technique is a fitness/cardio workout that incorporates the movements of martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. Nia offers a fun, creative pathway to health and wellbeing, regardless of age or physical condition. There is no prerequisite of fitness or training of any kind in order to participate in a Nia class. Come and experience the Joy of Movement! Let's get together with other Nia lovers for a cup of tea or coffee after the class:-)! We have our favorite coffee shop, offering sooo good sweets...!
