What we're about

Moai is a social support group for women in the Seattle area who are pursuing big dreams. Some examples of big dreams include starting a company/nonprofit, writing a book, advancing in a career, and speaking more authentically.

We meet on the first Thursday of every month to encourage each other, celebrate successes, and offer advice for those pursuing a higher vision for their life. Each meeting is led by a certified coach.

Moais (模合 Mo-ai) are social support groups that form in order to provide varying support from social, financial, health, or spiritual interests. Moai means “meeting for a common purpose” in Japanese and originated from the social support groups in Okinawa, Japan. According to research, Moais are considered one of the leading factors of the longevity of lifespan of the Okinawan people, making the region among the highest concentration of centenarians in the world.
