Meditation in its basic form is an excellent way to relax, lower your blood pressure and to create peace within, but it is also much more. It is the gateway to exploring yourself and to develop a deep connection within.
This is a general meditation class for beginners and intermediate meditators. There will be several guided meditations with opportunities to share your experience. Over time you will be able to strengthen your concentration and deepen your connection.
