What to bring? Your little one(s), of course! A sturdy stroller (any stroller other than an umbrella-type), yoga mat/towel, water and a desire to have fun and get in a great workout!
Things to know: open to prenatal, postpartum and conditioned mamas. Moms must be at least 6 wks postpartum (vaginal delivery) or 8 wks (c-section) AND have clearance from a physician to participate in class.
