What we're about
Moments of Mindfulness started running drop in sessions at the Barn, Highfield Farm in March 2016. Since then we have started to build a small group of regulars who come each week. Those who come range from newcomers to mindfulness and meditation, wanting to check out what it's about, through those who have just completed 8 week MBSR/MBCT mindfulness courses, to people who have practiced for years. What we all have in common is the knowledge that whilst mindfulness meditation is simple, it is not easy, and anyways it is much nicer and easier to practice as part of a friendly group.
We meet every Friday at 6pm. New Members always welcome!
