This group is for moms (and dads!) who still want to achieve their fitness goals after having a child. I started this group after realizing that the fitness industry isn't as "baby friendly" as it should be.. Let's change that!
All fitness levels are welcome! I am an experienced personal trainer with over 150 hours of bootcamp training alone!
