New moms, soon to be mommas, or any ladies looking to get in shape! Please come join us for a weekly workout. Class will take place in my home. I am a pre/post-natal certified personal trainer. Bring along your pre-crawler or leave baby at home and come on your own! The workout is 45 minutes with a warm-up and stretch. Everything we do is pre/post-natal safe!
