Welcome moms of all fitness levels!

Get fit with your little one and have fun meeting other moms at this fun and effective fitness program that combines cardio and strength training for a complete body workout.

Lead by a Certified Personal Trainer with a speciality in pre- and postnatal fitness, this workout is designed to target those areas that have been most impacted by pregnancy.

Offered in Larchmont, this 60 minute workout is not only a great way to get back in shape but connects you with other moms in the community.
