    45 minutes of resistance training and cardio! The workouts are built around the use of bands and nature to create equipment. These workouts are great for all levels of physical fitness and can be done at your own pace. Just bring some water, yoga mat (or towel to lay on), and a great attitude! Song requests are also encouraged.
