It can be incredibly lonely when you are a mom dealing with mental illness. The journey to wellness can be difficult to navigate without support from people that understand. Often those taking action to improve their mental health feel closed off from those around them or misunderstood. This is a group for moms that are dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, BPD etc. and are looking for positive support from other moms that understand what the stuggle is like. We have planned outings, playdate events, as well as discussion groups and a book club focussing on reading materials that improve our overall mental health or understanding of mental illness.
