What we're about
Welcome all Pearland area moms with an interest in running and fitness! Our group provides the chance for moms to coordinate runs together and motivate each other. We are open to ALL moms with kids of all ages.
If you have ever dreamed of finishing a race but don't know how to start, this group is for you! We offer 8 week training sessions brought to you by Stroller Strides designed for beginner runners to accomplish a 5K or 10K race. For experienced runners, this is a great opportunity to improve your speed. These training sessions include group running, speed work, core strengthening and flexibility. You will also learn about running form, injury prevention, and choosing the right shoe. Our training sessions are jogging stroller friendly and meet in the evenings so both stay at home and working moms can attend.
