Provide weekly sanctuary for pause to those working or living in the downtown core. Everyone interested to share contemplative pause is welcome, regardless of spiritual or religious affiliation or absence thereof. Contemplative pause-meditation has demonstrable physical and mental health benefits. Furthermore, this is a quiet gesture of peace in the middle of our bustling downtown.
