Every Monday morning in Glasgow City centre - before you go to work - come and enjoy some Mindfulness and guided Meditation sessions. You can drop in for 15 minutes or stay for longer - whatever you can manage!. The full session lasts one hour - 7.45 until 8.45 a.m.
Our non-religious sessions of Mindfulness will set you up for your week. Exploring different aspects of Mindful living each week, you need to have no prior knowledge of Mindfulness.
