I guarantee it: you are fast enough and in good enough shape to do this run. We'll start running slowly and if necessary walk a bit to keep everyone together the whole way.
Please: If you're going to sign up for this, do so by Wednesday night - I would like to know what I'm doing on Thursday so I can make other plans if I'm not going to host a run.
(Note also: 6:30 is the earliest I can make it given my commute schedule. I could go a little later if necessary. If someone else wants to host it earlier, that's fine with me... )
