In this 30-minute meditation, we begin and end with the chime of a bell, with a mixture of stillness and guidance. Meditations will focus on mindfulness of breathing, sound, body sensations, mind states, and/or open awareness. Doors open 10 minutes before the meditation. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
This meetup repeats each Wednesday at 8:00 am. You can RSVP or just drop-in. The cost is $5.
This event is held at Monterey Bay Meditation Studio. Chairs, cushions, and a limited number of yoga mats are provided.
