Of the four foundations of mindfulness, the first and most important is mindfulness of the body. From infancy, we learn unconsciously to interpret everything that happens in our lives as pleasant or unpleasant based on how we experience it through the five senses in our body. And yet, as we grow, most of us forget this and live our lives from the neck up. Join us for a half day of meditation, short talks, and group discussions which will increase your awareness of the body.
